Welcome to Splendid Sleepovers DFW!  This guide covers our most frequently asked questions as well as our terms and conditions:

 

Our Location and Service Area:

Splendid Sleepovers is nestled in the heart of Dallas, TX, and we're thrilled to bring our enchanting sleepover experiences to the entire DFW Metroplex. Parties within a 15-mile radius of 75229 enjoy complimentary travel from us. For those a bit farther away, a modest travel fee of $3.50/mile (covering both setup and cleanup) applies.

Planning Ahead:

To ensure your preferred theme and setup, we recommend booking:

   - Min. 1 week in advance for existing themes (up to 10 tents).

   - Min. 2 weeks in advance for custom themes or more than 10 tents (for bookings within 2 weeks of the party, a rush fee of $100 applies).

 

Tent Rental Information:

Minimum magic requires 3 tents, and our themes can accommodate up to 10 tents each. Need more? Let's talk about options and additional fees.

 

Party Pricing:

Each tent is priced at $100 (plus sales tax), with a minimum requirement of 3 tents.

 

What’s Included With Each Tent Rental:

Each tent includes:

   - A cozy tent

   - A comfy mattress

   - Crisp sheets

   - Warm blankets

   - Themed pillows (please bring your own sleeping pillows for hygiene)

   - Handy trays

   - Twinkling lights

   - Lovely garlands

   - Other charming themed decorative items

 

Custom Themes:

Got a unique idea? We love making new dreams come true! Mixing existing themes is on us. For brand-new ideas, there’s a small fee of $25 per tent.

 

Customized Party Favors:

Enhance your party with bespoke favors like sleep masks, bathrobes, t-shirts, water bottles, and more. Contact us, and we’ll brainstorm together!

 

Deposit Details:

To hold your date, a deposit of half the total cost (plus sales tax) is required. This is fully refundable up to 10 days before your party. Post that, we can still work with you to reschedule within a 30-day window.

 

Final Payment:

We kindly request the final balance 5 days before your party. This confirms your tent count, and we'll be all set for your big day! Please note, cancellations after this point are non-refundable, but we're open to discussing special circumstances.

 

Making Payments:

Payments are a breeze in our webpage with Apple Pay, Credit Card, Paypal, etc, or via Venmo.

 

Setup/Cleanup Preparation:

We'll coordinate setup and cleanup times with you. Setup takes 1-2 hours, and cleanup is quicker. Each tent needs about 45inx90in of space. Please clear the area beforehand, as our team won't be able to move furniture. If space is tight, let's chat beforehand to find solutions. No partial refunds will be given, if the requested number of tents cannot be setup due to spacing issues. A $50 waiting fee applies if the area isn't ready at the agreed time.

 

Pets and Party Guidelines:

We adore pets, but for the safety of our equipment, please keep them away from the party area. Also, to avoid spills and stains, we recommend keeping food, drinks, makeup, and nail polish away from the tents.

 

Responsibility for Equipment:

We trust you to take care of our equipment. If there’s any damage, we’d have to charge for replacements.

 

Our Clean Promise:

We're committed to cleanliness! All bedding is washed and sanitized with top-quality, allergen-free detergents, and our decorative items are thoroughly disinfected and cleaned.

 

Child Safety and Liability:

While we set the stage for fun, supervision of children is in your caring hands. Splendid Sleepovers isn’t liable for any accidents during the party or for any damages caused by hosts or guests during parties.
